Lakeway mobile is an excellent medical transport service. I made   arrangements for transportation to Dell Seton Ascension  hospital for outpatient orthopedic surgery. Pick for delivery to hospital 4:30 AM.

Pick up to return from hospital 12:00 PM. Everything went off like clockwork

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service Tracie and Bahjat provide!  Tracie returned a call late on a Saturday when I was looking for transport for my mother.  After trying two other transport companies, my mom was at the point of giving up until we met them!  Not only do they go out of their way to support the patient, they are there for the family as well.  They come equipped with so much knowledge and can offer other solutions if needed.  I am so grateful for all they have done!  I would definitely recommend them for transportation or any medical device need!

One Word… Fantastic. I have had two experiences with this company over the last week and was unaware of them before. On Thanksgiving Day, we were excited for a day with my elderly mother who resides in a nursing home and confined to an electric chair. However, my mother’s handicap van ramp broke. In a panic, I Googled for a transport service and luckily (if you have used any of these services, you know what I mean), found Tracie at Lakeway Mobility. She was booked for the day but understood my situation. Tracie made scheduling adjustments and oddly had an immediate opening.  She travelled to Dripping Springs and picked up my mother at the nursing home, brought her to our home and came back at 8 pm for the return trip. All went off perfectly. The van was clean and looked new. Tracie was amazing and made my 85 yr old mother feel safe and comfortable.  A truly professional experience. Not at all what you get with other, untrained services.

Needed transport for wife from Austin to Victoria [TX].  Most providers declined or failed to return call.  Traci at Lakeway accepted and gave estimate immediately.  She showed up on time with recliner wheelchair for comfort.  Her background as nurse was useful in assisting hospital staff to carefully move my wife.  I'd call Lakeway first anytime I needed medical transport.

Tracie is an absolute living angel.  I contacted her on a Saturday morning looking for assistance in transporting my father from a hospital in Houston to my home in Austin and within 24hrs he was home with me resting.  She has been the best resource for me in finding in home care, supplies, and general medical help as I've needed it.  I would not have gotten through such a difficult time without her.

My mother was sent home from the hospital, but should have been taken to a facility for rehab, to get stronger, after a 9 day stay. Her insurance approved a stay at a rehab facility and we needed transport, since my mother was too weak to stand on her own. The Facility booked with Lakeway Mobility. David came to get her. He is amazing! He was kind and handled my mother with care and respect. He even took her stuff up to her room for me. I highly recommend Lakeway Mobility for all medical transport needs!
